Are the Courses Accredited?

Yes we run both diploma courses and certificated courses in Healthcare subjects. The diploma courses are ITEC and VTCT (Vocational Training Charitable Trust).
The certificated courses are awarded by the Sussex School of Health Studies.

How Are the Courses Run?

Each course is assignment based, depending on the subject there are a differing number of assignments. Each assignment is sent to the student who is given a 2 month time span to do the assignment. It is then returned to the centre for marking. It is usually marked and sent back to the student within 14 days together with the next assignment.

Learning Support Days

We offer learning support days for students throughout the year, it is recommended that you attend if possible. These are usually run alongside the Assessment days and Exam days. You will be informed as to when these are being held.

Who Are We?

Julie Langton Smith is the principal and main tutor of the Teach me health academy.
She has been working in healthcare for the last 20 years having started training in NLP at Guildford University going onto other healthcare modalities such as the underpinning knowledge of the human body, ‘Anatomy and Physiology’, Nutrition and Diet, Sports & Physical Injuries including Electro-therapy, Sports Massage, Kinesiology, Bio-Energetic Medicine, Kirlian Photography, Colour Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and more recently EFT. She has tutored in the classroom and conducted home study assignment based training over the last 10 years. A dedicated healthcare practitioner and a great believer in integrated medicine and is a leading expert in Energy Field Therapy having conducted over 4000 scans in 3 years. She has lectured at the University of Westminster and is considered to be one of the top experts in this subject. Both a qualified tutor and NVQ Assessor, Julie has training and education in Healthcare at the forefront of her working life.

Judy Wright is the administrative and training co-ordinator for the Teach me health academy. She has a back ground in natural health care and IT and a wealth of experience of working with people. She is also dedicated to providing excellent training particularly within the healthcare field.

Our staff are committed to ensuring the best service for our students and candidates. We offer a personal communication service where a person is either spoken to at the point of call or called back within 24 hours. We also believe in communicating through internet and run an interactive email service.
